We will endeavour to complete your transaction as quickly as possible. An average transaction will take 10-12 weeks but this can vary due to the complexity of your matter and the speed of other transactions in the chain.
We do not charge a separate fee for the preparation of the Stamp Duty Land Tax Return.
On completion of your transaction, we give a discount on the making of your Wills.
