Services

The head of our conveyancing team is Katherine Robertson and her deputy is Sue Morton. Their hourly fee for advice is £250 plus VAT, however most of their work is fixed fee. Please visit the Our Team page for their qualifications and experience.

We will endeavour to complete your transaction as quickly as possible.  An average transaction will take 8-10 weeks but this can vary due to the complexity of your matter and the speed of other transactions in the chain.

We do not charge a separate fee for the preparation of the Stamp Duty Land Tax Return.

On completion of your transaction, we give a discount on the making of your Wills.

Please note that if you are a first time buyer you will not need to pay Stamp Duty Land Tax on a purchase at this price but if you will own more than one property on the day of completion of this purchase then you will pay a higher rate. We will carry out a calculation for your particular circumstances when we provide you with a quote.
